GO FIX (Fawri Repair Center for Car Maintenance, CR 5900143727) respects your privacy and protects your personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Mobile number (OTP login), name, delivery addresses, the vehicle identification numbers (VIN) you search, order and payment details (we never store card data), and technical device/browser data to improve the service.

To fulfil and deliver your orders, identify your vehicle and show matching parts, contact you about orders or support via SMS/WhatsApp, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data.

We share the minimum necessary with: vehicle-data/catalog providers (VIN only), shipping carriers (name, address, phone), our SMS provider (verification codes) and licensed payment gateways. All are contractually bound to protect your data.

Data is stored on secured servers with restricted access. Order data is kept as long as Saudi accounting and tax regulations require; other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

You may access, correct or permanently delete your account at any time from inside the app (Account, Delete account) or from the account settings on the website, or by contacting us, and object to marketing use.

We use essential cookies (login, cart, selected car) and analytics cookies. You can disable them in your browser; some features may be affected.
